Benjamin, an adorable seven month old baby boy, came over to my studio a few weeks ago for his professional photo session. His parents were worried about him smiling, which is to be expected. With little ones, timing and preparedness really is everything because sometimes those smiles are few and far between but you wouldn’t necessarily know it looking at the results. He was actually a wonderfully animated baby. I am always interested in capturing smiles along with the all the other looks that really capture a child’s personality. Years from now, it will be all of those looks that help you remember his character. I did find while reviewing and preparing his images that his smiles were contagious and I found myself just smiling at how totally cute he was. Especially his little belly.
